B.S., Binghamton University, cum laude in Finance, 1993; J.D. Hofstra University School of Law, Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award, 1996. Admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars, 1997. Admitted to U.S. District Court for District of NJ, and Eastern and Southern District Courts of NY, 1997.

Mr. Ziegler served as judicial law clerk to Hon. John P. Dunne, Nassau County Supreme Court. Prior to BH&S, Mr. Ziegler was a senior litigation attorney at a private firm specializing in large subrogation and insurance defense matters, involving product liability, construction defect, professional liability and first party coverage claims. He has tried a number of jury cases to verdict and has argued before the Appellate Division on numerous occasions. He has also authored articles which were published in the New York Law Journal concerning products liability and negligent security issues.
