Greg Grysko’s work with the firm focuses on insurance defense litigation of personal injury matters for the firm’s commercial clients, both on behalf of insurance companies and self-insureds.
Over the course of his practice Greg has had the opportunity to work with individual, corporate and public entities in a variety of matters, including community association law, election law, school law, personal injury, criminal law, civil rights defense, and a considerable amount of cases involving construction defects (with one matter involving a 150 home development in New Jersey and a specific type of material which was the subject of hundreds of cases nationwide).
In addition to his work in private practice, he clerked with the Office of Corporate Counsel with the Jersey City Law Department, where he was not only involved with day-to-day proceedings, motions and research related to the municipality, but the administration and operations of the office itself.
He has appeared before municipal, state and federal courts, and administrative bodies, as well.
