Daniel L. Maisel, Attorney at Law

Mr. Maisel graduated from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree. He majored in Finance. In June, 1989, Mr. Maisel received his J.D. from The Benjamin Nathan Cardozo School of Law. During law school, Mr. Maisel held an internship with the Honorable Harold Ackerman, U.S.D.J. He also served as a staff member on the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. In 1989-1990, Mr. Maisel served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Julius A. Feinberg, J.S.C., in Newark, New Jersey. After his clerkship, we served as an Assistant Prosecutor for Essex County, New Jersey. He has practiced in litigation since leaving the Prosecutors office, with experience in personal injury, workers compensation, and insurance defense. Mr. Maisel practices in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on workers compensation.
