Ms. Heilpern served as a judicial law clerk for the
Honorable Stephen E. Mochary and the Honorable Arthur
Minuskin. She has been associated with the firm since
2007.
Ms. Heilpern’s area of practice includes complex civil
litigation at the appellate and trial level in both
federal and state courts involving professional
malpractice, civil rights, employment discrimination and
commercial litigation.
